Betsy Roddy

Betsy has over 15 years of marketing and advertising experience, having held senior level positions with both large clients and media organizations. Prior to joining Rabuck | Stranger, Betsy worked with a broad range of companies including Philips Corporation, Logitech, D-Link, and Allegis Corporation where she was instrumental in helping them define their sales strategies and marketing efforts.

Previously, Betsy spent six years as a Director of Marketing for ViewSonic Corporation, where she built a 15-person marketing team from the ground up. She was responsible for a $42 million marketing budget, all national promotions, and all sales programs. During her tenure at ViewSonic, the company earned Computer Reseller News' "Channel Champion" and VAR Business' "APEX" awards five years in a row for best practices in sales and marketing management. Also while at ViewSonic, Betsy directed development of the company's customer extranet. This website, called "PartnerView", was recognized by the Aberdeen Group as one of the top 10 CRM implementations in 2000 and received industry press coverage in Smart Partner, Knowledge Management, and Sales and Marketing Automation magazines.

Betsy holds an MBA in International Business earned during a four-year tour with the United Nations in Vienna, Austria. She is also an active volunteer with the SPCA and enjoys travel and motorcycle touring on her Harley.
